TRB500 sim not inserted error after upgrade to 07.12

I upgraded today from TRB500_R_00.07.11.3 to 07.12, but the SIM was not detected any more after the upgrade (“SIM not inserted” message).
Downgraded to 07.11.3 and SIM is detected (and working) again.
Same issue as with RUT951, by any chance?

Hi I faced on thursday a big issue : I have a fleet of dozen of Teltonika routers both RUT 950 and 951. We made an global update of the firmware on all of them. But on 3 of them, we had replace them physically on our products because they were no more able to connect. Obviously we kept configuration after upgrade and did not change anything. Could you please confirm which hardware revision your TRB500 is? You can check this information on the Status → System page.

Additionally, was the SIM still not detected after performing a hard reboot of the device or restarting the connection?

This issue might be related to a known SIM detection issue, which will be resolved with the 7.12.3 firmware release.

Hardware revision is 0004 Batch 0020.
Yes, the sim was not detected even after a connection restart nor after restarting and power cycling the device completely (I tried several times).
