I bought a router last July 2025 and experience router blackout regularly (once a month) which needs to be hard reboot by unlinking the electricity of the router. In the region where the router is sometimes the provider have service interruption and it already arrived that there is no LTE nor GSM connection for a week. I was thinking about data connectivity issue but when the data network is back the router continue to be unreachable.
I can not establish the link between blackout router and mobile network fails because i find nothing from (troubleshoot) logs section except data lost information from logs and a strange period of inactivity (10 days) where nothing is write in system.log file which let me think of a system crash. Here is the details where we can see total inactivity between the 20th and 30th. Activity came back the 30th because of the hard reboot which has been done.

Can anyone help me finding what can be do to solve that issue ? Can it came from something that is not well setup or can be caused by the network provider stability or something bad with the router hardware itself ?
