TRB500 modem crashing constantly

Hi, I’m having a tiny problem with TRB500 and its modem crashing constantly. Issues started 2 weeks ago 31.12.2025 after changing to different ISP and before that no problems at all. I’ve tried different firmwares: TRB500_R_00.07.18.3, TRB500_R_00.07.19.4 and TRB500_R_00.07.20.1. Logs show a fatal modem error repeating:

753 Fri Jan 16 09:37:48 2026 kern.err kernel: [ 160.319383] Fatal error on modem!
754 Fri Jan 16 09:37:48 2026 kern.err kernel: [ 160.319453] modem subsystem failure reason: trm_rf_alloc.cpp:942:RF alloc returned FALSE for num_carriers: 3 sub_capability 0.

We have updated the modem firmware of the device and have seen instant progress as the SIM card successfully connected to the operator & internet.

The user will monitor the device for a week or so to review whether any crashes happen.
