TRB500 log of connected bands

Is there any log on the TRB500 of the connected bands?
I know that when I installed the unit it had 4 connected bands, one of them being N78.
Since last week I see only 2 connected bands (B3 and N28) and a reduced speed (180Mbps).
I would like to check when this has changed, but in the webUI I do not see this detail.
Can it be retrieved via CLI?

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out.

Unfortunately, there are no saved logs on the TRB500 that record when a band change occurred, and this information cannot be retrieved via CLI because the band selection is managed internally by the modem.

However, if you prefer to use the N78 5G band when it’s available, you can manually lock your desired 5G/LTE/3G bands by selecting manual band selection in the Network → Mobile → Connection page of the WebUI. You can find more useful information for this here: TRB500 Mobile Connection Settings.

Best regards,

Thanks for the reply!
I wanted to check if the N78 band was lost at a time during the day or night, as I guess that when it happened during the night there is less chance that it was caused by something local.
(e.g. someone moving the TRB500 to “a more convenient place”, or placing something that shields the signal)
In the meantime the N78 band has come back so it probably was an outage or reconfiguration work at the provider…
I do not want to lockout bands as that would make me lose the connection, I only wanted to get N78 back because it gives much more speed than B3 and N28.
Maybe a nice new feature would be to retrieve the selected bands when the connection is made (that event is already logged) and log it with similar information as is available in the WebGUI (band, channel, RSSI).
As our connection is made at least once a day, we at least can look back in that log.
