TRB500 - Instable connection with 07.14.x

Firmware version: TRB500_R_00.07.13.4 | Kernel version: 4.14.336
Modem: RG501QEUAAR12A11M4G_04.201.00.000

..everything is stable and working well.
Upgraded to 07.14.2 and very instable connection issue.
Here in the log one of the time when connection broken…

Same issue also on previous 07.14 firmware.
No issue with 07.13…Rollbacked AGAIN from .14 to .13.

Done several days ago. Nobody contact me.
I have tried also to reflash the firmware 07.14.2, disabling the VolLTE but same issue.
Here again the exacly moment when the mobile connection go down:

Issue seem related to different behaviour btw firmware release when this message occur:

daemon.info gsmd[4999]: Modem 3-1 [2c7c:0800] URC Event: ESM reject cause => Requested service option not subscribed

In the latest firmware release connection dropped, in the previous not.

The issue occurs because the modem attempts to use IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) features that SIM/network doesn’t support, leading to network reject errors.

In firmware 7.14 and above, we improved how these rejections are handled and made them more visible.

Disabling IMS is a valid solution in such cases, and we recommend keeping it off if IMS isn’t supported by your network.
