TRB500 In Bridge mode restrict ping response to certain IP

We are using a TRB500 modem in Bridge mode, I would like to setup so that the modem only responds to ping from a know IP address.

Is this possible?

Yes, it is possible to set up ICMP protocol from a specific IP inside Firewall configurations.

  1. Navigate to Network → Firewall → Traffic Rules
  2. Search for Allow-Ping rule and press Edit button
  3. In Source IP Address type the address that you want to allow ping from
  4. Click Save & Apply

Please note that you may add one or more IPs by clicking the “Add+” button
