Hi,
Im looking for some support with a TRB500 unit please. The unit in question keeps losing mobile connectivity and when looking through the logs i found the below…
Is there any reason that this would happen? I have looked for previous posts and found one in which Teltonika suggested a modem firmware update?
Any help appreciated…

Could you please navigate to System → Firmware → Update Firmware in the WebUI and share the internal modem firmware version here?
