TRB500 does not connect to the 5G network

Hello, the TRB500 does not connect to the 5G network, although the phone next to it works stably on the 5G network, with the same mobile operators. Modem version: RG501QEUAAR12A05M4G. Firmware version: TRB500_R_00.07.19.4
Currently, the TRB500 is working on the 4G network. What needs to be done to connect it to the 5G network? Does the modem firmware need to be updated? Where can I download the modem firmware?

Have you tried inserting the SIM card into another device (for example, your phone) to confirm whether it works correctly?

Additionally, please verify that the APN is configured properly for your mobile operator. You can check this by navigating to Network → Mobile → General.

Could you also try pinging 8.8.8.8 and then google.com, and share the results with me?

You can do this by going to System → Maintenance → Troubleshoot → Diagnostics

We also checked the APN, it matches the mobile operator.
