My TRB 500 can connect to 5G network but no data passthrough.
Already:
installed latest firmware 7.08.2
confirmed 5G carrier added this modem IMEI
Could please advise other setting that I can try?

Set WAN connection to ‘IPv4 only’ instead of ‘IPv4 IPv6 auto’.
See if that helps.
And make sure your APM settings are ok.
Mostly it works when ‘APN auto’ is set.
