Greetings,
A download for the latest firmware can be found on our Wiki website here: TRB500 Firmware Downloads - Teltonika Networks Wiki
You may install it manually, or, assuming your TRB has internet, you may also opt for a “FOTA” (firmware over the air) upgrade, which downloads the firmware directly from the server. All you have to do, is login to the WebUI (Web Interface) of the TRB500, head to System → Firmware → Update firmware and click on Update:

Additionally, just to clarify - you seem to mention speeds for your case, what are you getting and what are you expecting to get?

M.
I have bad speed as well. Around 120 down and 4 up with 28ms .
I’m running TRB500_R_00.07.18.1 and modem firmware is RG501QEUAAR12A10M4G

| LTE B3 | 1750 | 20 MHz | 159 | Fair to poor | Good | Good |
| 5G n1 | 422930 | 10 MHz | 216 | Poor | Good | Fair to poor |

But it say LTE B3 primary band…
Hello, matake,
You can opt for band locking onto specific bands that are available for your device (you can go through them 1 by 1 to see which one gives the best results) - more information on band locking can be found here: Band Lock - Teltonika Networks Wiki

Yes I know! BUT you can only choose “5G/4G/3G auto” there is no thing like 5G only. That exists for 4G and 3G but not for 5G.
btw I’m running TRB500_R_00.07.18.1 and internal modem version RG501QEUAAR12A10M4G. The wike was probably for an older firmware. But still no 5G only.
Thanks anyway
/Mats
Hi!
As seen here: TRB500 Mobile - Teltonika Networks Wiki
5G Only is not an option available for the device. When you band lock, you’ll have to bandlock on all the 5G, 4G & 3G bands. For 4G and 3G, you can pick the entire list, whereas for 5G, you can pick individuals bands to test them out.

M.
