We have 3 TRB-256s installed in remote locations with unreliable power supply. Apparently the system time of the TRBs reset to 1-2-4 weeks back after an extended power cut and doesn’t synchronize with the NTP server after booting up again.
I don’t see anything in the logs. How to fix this (without logging in to the device and synchronizing with the browser)?
Could you please attach screenshots of your current NTP configuration?
Navigate to System->Administration->Date & Time->NTP
You may try changing the interval to a lower amount, you can try leaving only Enable NTP client turned on, or only Operator station synchronization turned on. (One of them turned off)
The FM1100 is an End‑of‑Life (EOL) GPS/GSM tracker — production ended in 2017 and official support ended in 2020. That’s why the official download links are gone and most documentation is hard to find.
