Hi Teltonika team,
I have a problem with the TRB256 Event Juggler (firmware version TRB2M_R_00.07.18.2).
The TRB256 is configured so that, after its digital inputs are activated by relays, it sends SMS messages. For the same inputs, a message “Relay ON” is sent after the state changes from 0→1, and a message “Relay OFF” is sent after the transition from 1→0.
The issue is as follows: it seems that the debounce time for each digital input is set to 0. After a relay closes or opens, I receive random messages. For example, when the relay closes, I sometimes receive “Relay ON,” sometimes “Relay ON” followed by “Relay OFF,” or even several “Relay ON” messages in a row (“Relay ON,” “Relay ON,” “Relay ON”), etc.
If any of the inputs are activated more than two or three times within, let’s say, 10 seconds, the TRB256 stops reacting to the inputs and no longer sends any messages. To restore its functionality, I have to restart the device.
I found some information about TRB256 debounce time on Teltonika’s Wiki, but I couldn’t find any corresponding setting on the device itself.
Could you please check if this is a known issue or advise on how to configure the debounce time?
regards
