TRB256 – All LEDs all fixed, no WebUI access, no Wifi connectivity

Hello,
I am having a critical issue with my Teltonika TRB256 and I can no longer access the device.

Problem description

When I connect the TRB256 to my PC via Ethernet, the following happens:

  1. At first, all LEDs were blinking.

  2. After attempting several reboots and a factory reset, all LEDs are now all on and stady.

  3. I cannot access the WebUI at 192.168.1.1 (also wi-fi router adress) or 192.168.10.1 previously configured.

  4. My PC does not receive an IP address from the TRB256 (it cuts the wi-fi as soon as it is powered).

  5. The LAN port LEDs sometimes blink when I plug the cable, but I still cannot reach the device.

  6. Factory reset (holding the reset button for 10–15 seconds) did not solve the issue.

What I have tried

  • Power cycling the gateway.

  • Performing a proper factory reset (holding RESET but LEDs don’t change).

  • Connecting directly via Ethernet with Wi-Fi disabled.

  • Trying to access possible recovery mode at http://192.168.1.1.

  • Different Ethernet cables.

Current status

  • The TRB256 does not boot normally.

  • All LEDs on together, fixed.

  • I cannot reach the device in any way.

  • It may be stuck in a corrupted firmware boot loop or recovery mode.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
