TRB246 failure to connect to RMS

Hi, When trying to get the TRB246 connected to RMS, it fails to connect. It has worked before, but is not connecting. I have removed and re-added the device in the RMS account. But at the moment this is the current problem.

Very little to go on.

Did you reset the device to factory defaults or re-added the device to RMS recently? Maybe you have entered the device details incorrectly like serial/MAC address, could you double-check?

What do you see on the RMS device details page? What is the most recent device’s attempt to connect to the system?

Also, the screenshot indicates that the RMS service is in Standby mode:

Could you switch to Enabled and press Connect again, to see, if it helps?

As mentioned, I have recently (today) removed and re-added the device to RMS to try and resolve this issue. It still persists.

As I removed the device today, There are no latest connection attempts.

I have changed from standby to Enabled, issue still persists.
