TRB245 no LTE connection

Hello,
my TRB245 does not connect to LTE. Connection state is Setting up connection but there is no connection after hours.

Where can I upload the trouble shooting file?

What operator in which country are you using?

Also, you may try to update the firmware to the latest version.

To update please follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to System–> Firmware–> Update Firmware or simply click the cloud button on the top right corner
  2. Chose Update From: File
  3. Firmware Type: Device
  4. Keep Settings: toggle ON
  5. Click update

You should be redirected to a page with validation succeeded, click Proceed and wait for the device to reboot.

After updating the device, please, generate the troubleshoot file and post it directly in this thread.
A Troubleshoot file contains a device’s event logs, configuration files, and other info useful for diagnostics. It can be downloaded from your device’s WebUI, Troubleshoot page:
System → Maintenance → Troubleshoot
