TRB160 not connecting to network

Hello,

I’m in the process of setting up a batch of TRB160 devices. I have come across a device which isn’t able to find any network.

I have tried 2 SIM cards, one of which I know is working. The network status hangs on “setting up connection” and finds no signal whatsoever. Auto APN and manual APN.

It’s certainly behaving differently to any of the other 12 devices I have successfully set up.

I have tried rebooting, I have tried factory reset

It is currently on TRB16_R_00.07.17.1
