I have purchased and run a TRB160 4G LTE in IPv4 mode with success (bridge mode) with a Unifi Ultra behind it. it’s fine !
When trying IPV4/IPV6 configuration, only the IPv6 (and prefix delegation as well) is provided in the WAN interface… no more the IPv4 one !!
APN provided (auto) is mmsbouygtel.com
Is their a workaround ? patch ?
I am running the latest firmware (TRB16_R_00.07.15.4)

My Modem Firmware EG060KEAAAR01A01M2G_OCPU_BETA240123_01.200.00.000 seems to be the latest, but IPv4/IPv6 mode does not work…
I have to go back to IPv4 only …
Waiting for more info in the future …
