I’m having a problem with the TRB145.
I’ve installed the latest firmware, I have credits, and RMS has automatically retrieved the firmware version and device model.
But the TRB status is still showing as “Not active”.
Forcing the device to connect manually has no effect. Removing and re-adding the device to RMS does not help. The serial number and IMEI are correct. A factory reset does not solve the issue.
I honestly don’t know what else I can do…

During the remote session, the issue was resolved with the help of our RMS administrator and developer. The problem was on our side, though its occurrence is very rare.

Hi. I’ve started using RMS, especially the Dashboard feature. It works quite well, but not everything is functioning properly. For example, I can’t use gauge indicators to visualize data like temperature. It only seems to work on the line chart (but even there, the Y-axis is not visible). The data type is INT 16 Bit. I’m attaching a screenshot. Could you please fix this?
