TRB145 - can't establish internet connection

Hi,

I fail to connect to internet using the sim card, however I’m able to send sms and receive by mobile phone. It keep showing Setting up connection.

The picture shows that the “Data connection state” is Disconnected. Please ensure your mobile plan supports 4G data. You can check your plan documents or contact your mobile provider for more information.

Hi,

We have tested the SIM card on a mobile phone and no problem using the 4G network. We also tested another SIM card also give us the same error where the connection stated keep as “Disconnected” and the Connection Stage stucked at “Setting up connection”. Wonder is there any settings i need to configure?
