TRB145 cannot login

I have TRB145 and I cannot login, it has firmware (done by our developers , but I cant contact them anymore).I think I have resetted it to default (according manual TRB145 Device Recovery Options - Teltonika Networks Wiki - holding button for 12 seconds ) but still not able to login wiith default passwords I have tried: username “admin” , passwords “admin”, “admin01” and also one I found on cover of modem(bath number is 058). No success. How I can recognize that device went to factory defaults? I hold button for 12-20s , but then it starts flashing with 5 signal level LEDs (with 1s frquency) and then 2G,3G,4G signal LEDs keep flashing all time. Is this correct behaviour? I tried so much alternatives, like hold button whe it is switch off and switch it ON, when is booting (5 LEDs blinking),when is booted (3LEDs blinking), but still cannot log in.

The start of the factory reset is indicated by the simultaneous flashing of all 5 signal strength LEDs.

If custom firmware is installed, the default password may have been changed. In that case, you will need to contact the person who created the firmware to recover the password, as a factory reset is the only available recovery method for a TRB device.
