TRB145 Azure IoT Hub Issues

Hi,

I am trying to setup Azure IoT Hub on TRB145, i am already on the latest firmware TRB1_R_00.07.13.2, i am having the following issues as it says device disable. I am using SAS connection string to access my IoT Hub on Azure. Wonder what does it mean Device Disable on the status and how do I troubleshoot.

Thank you for reaching out. Can you confirm whether your device still can not connect to Azure IoT Hub? If so, to better understand the issue you’re facing, could you please confirm the following:

  • Can you verify whether your device is enabled in Azure IoT Hub settings?
  • Has your SAS token expired? If so, generating a new one might help.
  • Are there any logs related to the Azure connection on the device side (logread | grep azure) or Azure IoT Hub side?

At this moment, it’s difficult to determine the exact cause of the issue without more details.
