TRB143 MBUS communication with Sensus Bulk HRI water meter

Hi all

I’ve been testing the MBUS TRB143 and it’s been reading when you run “Test Configuration” however on the Sensus bulk HRI the device fails to read the water meter value, can someone please assist and help me find if it’s a register issue or maybe software or configuration? We are about to do a rollout of these gateways but we are only held by this issue.

Hello,

Have you upgraded to firmware version 07.08? This version includes a reworked M-Bus for easier and more intuitive configuration. If you haven’t upgraded yet, please try it with your M-Bus sensor.
