TRB140 - TRB1_R_00.07.17 - SMS Forwarding not working

Hello,

recently, i bought the TRB140 to forward SMS messages to Emailadresse and http config. After configuring the email recipient first and successully testing it. I tried to enable the forwarding function by the incoming sms. The TRB140 device receives the sms but wont deliver it the email address. Is there another configuration step necessary?

I want to inform you that the 7.17 firmware version was removed due to an issue with the Failover functionality. The firmware version 7.17.1 is now available.

Could you please let me know if you encounter any issues with SMS Forwarding when using the 7.17.1 version?

I updated the firmware to the new TRB140 TRB1_R_00.07.17.1. Unfortunately the problem persists after the restart.

We got the same behaviour for SMS Forwarding over HTTP Webhook. We are using the 7.16.X Firmware and the Forwarding sometimes just stops. A reboot of the device is solving the problem, but after some time, it will just stop working again.

We are now updating to 07.17.1 and I will report if this fixes our problem.

I have tested SMS forwarding to email on firmware 7.17.1, and everything works as expected.
