TRB140 Setup issue 192.168.2.1 cant reach page

I am having issue with set up of TRB140. When i connect USB and ethernet cable to lap top and enter 192.168.2.1 i get this

Hmmm…can’t reach this page message

On the device there is url 192.168.1.244 this brings up Teltonika networks but unable to login says authorisation required

how do i overcome this please

You may want to factory reset the device before trying. You can find detailed description regarding that procedure from here
