We have a brand new TRB140. The device keeps rebooting.
What changes have we made? The IP was changed from 192.168.2.1 to 192.168.11.1 and an OpenVPN client connection was set up. Everything exactly as it was set up on the previous RUT950. Unfortunately, the RUT950 is defective.
The firmware was updated to TRB1_R_00.07.08.2.
Unfortunately, the device either restarts every 10 minutes or so, or, and this is more worrying, if you simply call up the interface via the VPN tunnel.
Factory reset and reconfiguration have already been carried out several times.
To determine the root cause of this issue, we’ll need the troubleshoot file. Since it contains private information, we’ll handle it on a separate platform. Instructions for accessing it have been sent to the email you registered for this forum. Required ticked ID would be 4 digit number of this active case.
However, after the reboots all the logs will be gone, so can you please do the below changes on the WebUI, from the System > Maintenance > Troubleshoot menu?
After this configuration change, logs will be saved in flash memory and I may be able to understand the root cause of the issue from the logs!
Sorry, I didn’t get an e-mail. I’ve checked spam-folder as well.
But now, it suddenly got even worse. After trying to set factory settings by pressing the button the machine only blinks with all LED’s. I can’t access the device at all.
