TRB140 Firewall Rule using FQDN as destination

Hi all.

Is it possible to use a FQDN as a destination on one of my outgoing firewall rules, essentially i need to only allow outgoing connections to 1 address but this has many possible ip addresses due to being in the azure cloud.
