We have a TRB 140, we once changed admin password. Yet we lost it. We have done many factory reset using the reset button but we cannot log in using the default admin username / password. Is there any step we are missing or is it the password we changet back then which is remainy after the factory reset ? I have checket the batch the device is from n°40 so the default password should not be random.

Hello,
To perform a factory reset, hold the reset button for 12 to 20 seconds (this is the default setting). Make sure to reset the device this way because holding the reset button for less time might reset it to a user default state that could have been changed by you.

Yeah finaly got it sorted ! ; lasted 20 s on reset buttom + another 5 s and it did the job. Thanks for the help and got another teltonika working!
