To help us better understand the issue, could you please share a screenshot from the device’s Status → Network → Mobile page at first?
Please also confirm whether the new SIM card requires a PIN code. If it does, you can enter it under Network → Mobile → General.
Additionally, if Auto APN is currently selected, please try setting the APN manually (via Network → WAN → mob1s1a1 settings) according to your SIM provider’s details.
If the issue persists, please share the system logs, with any sensitive data hidden, from System → Maintenance → Troubleshoot (click
on that page).
