I would like to collect through ssh the data used to produce plots in the Realtime Traffic section, to produce my own plots.
Can someone tell me where it is stored?

The traffic data is stored at /usr/local/usr/lib/mdcollectd/mdcollectd.db_new.gz
You can access it here too /tmp/mdcollectd.db, this file may contain more up-to-date live data.
