Hello,
I am working at a solar power plant. We are using a RUTX12 router at the plant.
In case of possible communication interruptions in the field, is it possible to store the plant production data on the RUTX12 and then send the data to the required IP address once the communication is restored?
Thank you
Hello Hasan,
If you are talking about Modbus data, then yes, if the connectivity is lost, the data is stored locally in the device, if I am correct up to 3000 values by doing FIFO method (First in, first out), so once the connection is restored, all the data is being sent, if there will be more then 3000 entries in the meantime, only the latest will be saved, so keep that in mind,
Kind regards,
Yes
