The issue with our RUT950 about the Operator Time Sync issue. We use a private APN with no internet connection, so we rely on the operator time sync function. It simply does not work on 7.6.3.

Try executing AT command: AT+CCLK?
(either in CLI or in WebUI in Troubleshoot page Modem debug section).
To check if operator returns correct time.

You can manually set the time via the WebUI by navigating to System → Administration → Date & Time → General.
Additionally, if you have a local NTP server, you can configure it in System → Administration → Date & Time → NTP.
