The platform cannot validate this device's authenticity

I have 3 device’s with problem to connect rms.

Before anything else, please make sure that the correct information is entered when registering your device. The easiest way to do this is by going to the device’s WebUi Services, then selecting Cloud Solutions, and finally RMS. From there, copy the information. Also, don’t forget to double-check that the password you are providing is correct.

If you haven’t activated any pack for these devices, you can remove them from your RMS account and then add them again.
