Tesco Sim card stop working

Guys I purchased a Tesco Unlimited SIM and put it in my 901 router. I changed the APN in France and bingo full signal. No issues. However now I’m in Spain and no connection. Reloaded the APN etc still full signal but no connection to SIM. I am in process of talking to Tesco who operate on O2 network but no joy yet. Why work in France but not in Spain? TIA


It seems there might be an issue with your mobile carrier because your phone loses connection when you leave the country. Please check with your provider to ensure that your SIM card has the same plan for other countries as it does in France. You can also try turning on Data roaming, but be aware that it may incur additional charges from your carrier. As mentioned earlier, it’s advisable to get answers from your mobile carrier first.
