Tesco mobile SIM in RUT 955

I have a Teltonika RUT 955 installed in my motorhome. I only have fairly basic knowledge these days (electronics engineer many years ago!)

I used a Tesco mobile PAYG SIM last year, successfully installed UK and then in France for 6 weeks with good results. I recharged the SIM before I travelled a week ago, ready to use in France and now in Spain. I can’t now get any connection. The SIM works fine in a second mobile getting 4g and also a second Tesco PAYG SIM, more recently purchased seemed to work fine in the RUT955, but not this one SIM. I am very confused and would appreciate some help. Thanks.

Could you please share a screenshot from Status → Network → Mobile page in the WebUI?

I’m not sure I fully understood you. Are you referring to the second SIM card slot in the RUT955, or do you mean a different mobile device? Please provide more details.

Have you tested this SIM in another device, such as a phone? Did it work?
Have you tried using a different SIM in the RUT955? If so, did it work properly?

Thanks for your response but I found the solution which was quite obvious in the end. I was working with an empty SIM slot and misidentified sim1 and SIM 2! Thanks again. All sorted.
