Teltonika trb145 Questions - consume data

Good afternoon,

I have a Teltonika TRB145 gateway with 8 meters connected to it via the RS485 network.

I want to consume the data sent by the meters, but I’m new to IoT energy devices.

I saw in the RMS that there is an RS485 configuration (Services > RS485), but I still don’t understand how it works completely:

1 - When I enter my URL/endpoint and port, at the defined interval (Reconnect interval (s)), will packets with data be sent to my application?

2 - How do I access the TRB145 gateway if I want to read old information or data that may have been lost due to communication problems?

We develop solutions in Python, PHP, etc. and want to understand how to create this.
