The switch doesn’t work.
It turns on and all the door lights stay on.
I tried resetting it, but it doesn’t do anything. I think it’s burned out.

Is it getting the correct power supplied? I have seen that behavior before with insufficient power and had to switch to a high voltage source.

As @amadgwick mentioned, could you please clarify what power supply is being used?
If possible, please try another power supply to rule out the possibility that it is the cause of the issues.
If the power supply is working well and meets the requirements of the TSW202 (7 – 57 VDC input voltage). You could try to use our bootloader menu to reset the device and update it’s firmware and see if that resolves the issue. This is a last resort recovery option, and it is used to differentiate between software and hardware problems. In essence, the bootloader is a safety net, providing a reliable method to restore the functionality of the device when other troubleshooting steps have failed:
