After 2 efforts to contact Teltonikas support without any reply, last resort is to reach out in this forum
Issue - After 4 years of service my rutx11 broke down. During 2023 I purchased a 5 years credit package that was registred to rutx11. Since a few weeks I replaced the rutx11 with rut360. All works besides my credit package is missing in my RMS portal, so there is no way for me to bind the rut 360
So please, if support or anyone else knows how to reconnect my already paid for credits would be very helpful
