- Sent a commercial inquiry in the contact-us page to get local providers in my area. Got no answer.
- Bought 3 devices from a local seller, one had old firmware not supported by public configurators, sent a post here ( FMC150 firmware not supported by configurators ), got marked as solved and closed, but it wasn’t solved.
- Sent a message to technical support in the contact-us page to get a working updater. Got no answer.
- Sent a message to fota web in the contact-us page to update it myself. Got no answer.
We’ll keep Ruptela and update our fleet to their new devices.
The teltonika sourcing and support process its completely broken.
