I got 2 FMC130 and one FMC150 from a local distributor, the 130 work correctly but the 150 is saying “Not supported” in all public configurator versions I tried, so i can’t use it in any way, the firmware is 03.28.07 Rev.152.
Device information:
Model: FMC150
Firmware: 03.28.07 Rev.152
USB connection / COM3 detected
Tested Configurators:
1.8.21 B.4.01 R.10
1.7.74_E.FMX150_R.16
The device is recognized correctly, but it cannot be configured because both configurators say “Not supported”.
Currently, do not have FOTA web access.
Can you please help me with how the firmware upgrade path should be done?
Is there any updater tool available for cases like this?
I’ll appreciate the guidance to get the FMC150 up and running.
Please note that if the firmware or configurator has not been publicly released, we cannot share it through the community/open platform.
As you mentioned that you purchased the devices from a local distributor, please contact them and ask them to provide the required configurator. If they do not have it available, they can contact Teltonika Sales or our Support team via the Helpdesk, where we can provide the required configurator after the necessary verification.
Secondly, if you are using the devices, FOTA Web access is recommended. You can ask your distributor to create a sub-account under their main company account and provide you with the required access. This will allow you to perform remote configuration updates and manage the devices remotely through FOTA Web.
