Hello @Mentorazemi,

Our apologies for the delayed response.

Please refer to the following Wiki article for information about the device’s serial interface, including the TX (Output), RX (Input), and GND (Ground) pin assignments:

Additionally, could you please clarify the issue you are experiencing with the password?

Are you unable to log in to the device’s WebUI using the administrator account?

If so, we recommend performing a factory reset by pressing and holding the Reset button for 12–20 seconds. After the reset is complete, you can log in using the default administrator password printed on the device’s label.

If the issue persists after a factory reset, we recommend resetting the device through the Bootloader Menu. For detailed instructions on how to perform a factory reset and access the Bootloader Menu, please refer to the following Wiki article:

Please let us know the exact issue you are facing so that we can assist you as effectively as possible.

Best regards,
Povilas

I think that what the OP has in mind is the RX/TX/GND pins of the internal serial port directly connected to the SOC. There was a description in the old forum but it isn’t accessible anymore.

Anyway, the connector is on the side of the PCB, the contacts are very small. A device like this one would be helpful in your case, use a scope to determine where are the relevant pins.
