Teltonika RUT C50 eSIM indicator light

Hi anywhere

The RUT C50 eSIM has indicator lights for Internet connections via a physical SIM card or Wi-Fi. Is there no indicator light for the connection via eSIM?

Thank you for your reply. @lemondude I can’t find any eSIM indicator light on the RUTC50 and any notes in the Teltonika Network Wiki. @Marija Unfortunately, my request has not been answered.

From wiki:

If you select eSIM as active/default SIM → SIM1 LED will show eSIM status. And 3G, 4G, 5G lights will show network type to which eSIM connected and mobile signal strengths lights will show eSIM signal strength values.

Thank you for your advice. Unfortunaly there is still no LED indicator lamp when using eSIM. An LED only lights up when a physical SIM card is used. Current setting: Physical SIM card in SIM slot 2 plus eSIM. When SIM slot 2 is used, the SIM slot 2 LED lights up. When eSIM is active, no LED lights up. Is this normal?

Rechecked on RUTX11 when switched to eSIM SIM1 LED lights up (when it have internet connection) and network type and signal strength LEDs lights up too.

What FW do you use? I checked with newest available, 7.18.1.

Also in Status→Mobile page does it show Data connection state as Connected? Because when it shows Disconnected SIM1 LED turns off.

Thank you very much for your time, I’m very thankful for that. I confirm the light is NOT turned on when switched to eSIM, by full internet connection, good signal strenght, for whatever reason. FW is the same, 7.18.1. Status-Mobile shows connected. But if that’s the case, then so be it, and I’ll live with it. I just wanted to make sure I wasn’t overlooking anything or making a mistake.
