Hi, we are going to use RMS for device management and connect to remote devices via VPN using a RUT241. I was about to let our IT open required ports on our firewall. I passed them this:

They want to know what hostnames (instead of ip addresses) are used by RMS ?

There’s only one hostname of RMS which is rms.teltonika-networks.com.

It is important to note that those ports and IPs mentioned in this wiki article should be allowed because they are responsible for a specific RMS service.
