I’m experiencing an issue linking my Teltonika ID app with my RMS account for 2-step verification.
I have successfully created and confirmed my RMS account. When enabling 2-step verification in RMS, I scan the QR code using the Teltonika ID app. The app then prompts me to enter my email address, after which I receive a confirmation email.
I click the confirmation link and receive a “confirmed” message in the browser. However, the account never appears in the Teltonika ID app, and the pairing process does not complete.
I have repeated this process multiple times, reinstalled the app, and tried different browsers and devices, but the issue persists. The system appears to be stuck in a loop where email confirmation succeeds but the app never registers the account.
