Teltonika DIN Rail Kit for RUT9xx & RUT5xx

Hi,
probably a stupid question, but I purchased a Teltonika DIN Rail Kit for RUT9xx & RUT5xx and I don’t understand how to connect a RUTx50 to it. Maybe I need some adapters?

Good afternoon,

By going to RUTX50 product page RUTX50 Industrial 5G Router

And scrolling almost all the way to the bottom, you can see compatible accessories list :

At this point, you can either get a din rail kit adapter as in the photo.

However a recommended solution would be getting a regular din rail kit specifically for RUTX50, as the specifications of RUT9xx & RUT5xx are quite different.

Hi there,

Before you look into the solutions above, I just wanted to also clarify, does the Din rail kit you have Teltonika DIN Rail Kit for RUT9xx & RUT5xx is this one? PR5MEC00 DIN RAIL KIT

Regards,

yes exactly that

Any suggestions?

Hi there,

The Din rail kit you have is suitable for RUTX50.

If you take the device, on the back of it, you have lines. In the middle you have a deeper line, and that is where you mount the din rail, by simply screwing the two screws to attach the Din rail on the device itself, and then the other part of Din rail on the surface on which you are attaching the device.

You can find some more tips and tricks on how to add the din rail, and how it functions on the device here : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=30uv693dM_k
There is no RUTX50 specifically shown there, but you can see the concept of how to attach the din rail, just by screwing screws to attach it on the back.

Please advise if further issues arise.

Regards,

Arturas
