Tried to send support e-mail, no reply.
Have 250W 48v DC PSU, but plug type to use to safely connect is not easy to find.

Any advice

Could you provide more details about your PSU or a screenshot of its output connector?

With “plug type,” I assume you’re referring to the input connector (Type C – EU, Type A – US, Type G – UK), or are you asking about the output connector used to connect the TSW202?
