Despite several updates and several factory resets, the Site Manager function is not active on the TAP400; there is nothing available on the web page, and it does not appear in the Site Manager of a RUTM09 or a TRB160 either.

Is there a setting I need to enable on the TAP400 ?
Thank you for sharing the details and outlining the troubleshooting steps you have already tried.
Could you please confirm the firmware versions installed on your RUTM09 and TRB160? Is this the only TAP400 experiencing the issue, or have you observed the same behaviour on other units?
Do any other devices appear or have been added in Site Manager on either the RUTM09 or the TRB160?
Please also briefly describe your network topology, including whether the TAP400 is connected directly to the RUTM09 or TRB160, or through a switch or another device.
These details will help us better understand your current setup and provide guidance on the next steps.
I’ve run some more tests and it turns out the problem was my fault.
In my lab and at customer sites, I use the 4G routers to “protect” only part of the network (for the phones, in this case), and the TAP400 is on the standard network.
Internet → WAN<-MikroTik->LAN → MainLAN (with the TAP400) → WAN<-RUT->LAN → VoiceLAN (with my phones)
As soon as I placed the TAP400 behind the RUT’s LAN port (or in the correct VLAN for the TRB), it appeared in Site Manager.
Is it possible to open the necessary ports so that the Site Manager can see the devices behind its WAN port ?
