I recently purchased a TRB501, and one of the key features for me was its support for Tailscale.
I’ve set up the 5G connection and installed the Tailscale package. However, as soon as I activate the Tailscale client, the system runs into an “Out of Memory” error.
This is a fresh, out-of-the-box setup—no additional packages or custom configurations have been installed.
Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what might be causing this? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The error still persists on firmware 07.23.
Although, webui doesn’t crash anymore as it did on the previous version.
Just like OP I have no other packages installed or custom configurations installed.

I started this topic because Tailscale still does not run on this device.
I have to say I am quite disappointed. One of the reasons I bought this brand/device was the expectation that features like Tailscale would work properly. At the moment, it feels like this may have been a mistake, because the device cannot run the service in a stable way.
Could you please provide (and keep providing) a clear update on this issue? Specifically:
Is there a firmware update or package fix planned?
Is Tailscale officially supported on this model, or should users consider it unsupported due to memory limitations?
Are there any recommended settings or workarounds from Teltonika to make it work reliably?
I would appreciate a clear answer, because this issue directly affects whether the device is suitable for my use case.
