I have RUTx08 with firmware RUTX_R_00.07.08
I have connected it only via LAN as its purpose is for RMS only. I don’t use it very often but today after attempting to connect to a remote device in the LAN I receive this message:
Blockquote For security, only registered IP addresses are allowed to access.
To connect to the system, change the product’s IP address to the default address, go to [System environment setting], and then register the IP address displayed on the current screen.
It requires to register the public IP address of the LAN, but can not find where to do it, nor in RMS neither in RUTx08. I believe this thing happened last month because before I was not receiving such message.
Any help?
I will investigate this a bit further. This seems related to the device I am trying to connect to and not to RMS or RUT config.
I will let you know more.
Just verified it that the issue was related to the device I was trying to connect to.
