Struggling to log in

I am struggling to log into our RMS account, I am not receiving the 2-step verification mail to access our account. Can someone please assist me?

For troubleshooting purposes, we will require more sensitive information from your end, such as the troubleshoot file, which may contain passwords, public IP addresses, serial numbers, and such. To avoid leaking this information, we have sent you a form to fill out, which you will receive in your e-mail inbox that you have registered your account with in the forums. In the Ticket ID field of the form, please enter the ID of this thread, which is 18108.

Finally, i found a comrade. I’ve been having the same issue since last week and i have email teltonika rms support regarding this yet there is not a single reply. the only place i haven’t asked is this place. lol. made me wonder if the issue was predetermined or beyond their control.

tl;dr
i need my rms to configure my vpn on the router, been trying to access it since last week but not avail. i found a comrade today, maybe is it a sign.
