Starlink works on WANwifi but not WAN?

Hi folks,

I cannot get Starlink to work when connected directly via ethernet but it works fine when operating as WAN as wifi?

Any thoughts please.

Hi Caner,
I have already followed what you sent and the only difference is that my LAN ip is as recommended by Teltonika at 192.168.10.1 and what you sent is showing 192.168.2.1

What should my LAN be?

Hello,

LAN ip shouldn’t matter. It’s totally up to you. If you made correct configuration, it should work!

Can you please check the LAN cable and the LAN port within your device if there is any issue?
Can you please connect your device to other device on same port to confirm if the LAN port has issue or not?
